Policies

Booking and Cancellation Policy:

Booking shall be confirmed on receipt of minimum 50% deposit of the total package cost.
Balance 50% payment need to be made minimum 1 month before arrival.
Cancellation charge of 10% of the total booking amount is applicable any time after the advance is paid.
25% of the total booking amount is applicable if cancellation is received between 21 - 30 days before arrival.
50% of the total booking amount is applicable if cancellation is received between 11 - 20 days before arrival.
100% cancellation charges applicable if cancellation request made within 10 days of arrival.
Please note: For Sea Shell Hotels 100% cancellation charge is applicable for cancellation anytime after the advance is paid.
Zero cancellation charges and 100% credit note (to be utilized within 6 months from the issuing date) in case the customer turns covid positive before arrival or Andaman Island is under lockdown.
Please note that NO Cancellation requests will be taken on Sundays, Public Holidays and cancellation done after office hours. If sent after 05:30 p.m, it will be considered on next working day.

Rates may change without prior notice due to airline, ferry, hotel, or supplier revisions.
Guests must carry valid government-issued photo identification during travel.
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to hotel availability.
Unused services included in the package are non-refundable.
The company is not responsible for delays caused by weather, ferry operations, or force majeure situations.

Recommended arrival is before noon for smoother sightseeing on the first day.
Ferry timings may change depending on government and operator schedules.
Some activities are weather dependent and can be rearranged if needed.
Guests are advised to carry light cotton clothes, sunscreen, and valid ID proof.
Water sports and optional activities can be added locally at extra cost.
