1. Bookings and Confirmations
A booking is confirmed only after OneTrip Global receives the required deposit or full payment and sends written confirmation.
- Availability is subject to confirmation at the time of booking.
- Prices may change until payment and confirmation are completed.
- Traveler names must match official travel documents.
- Special requests are subject to availability and must be confirmed in writing.
2. Payments
Payment rules depend on the package, destination, travel dates, supplier terms, and booking window.
- Some packages require a non-refundable deposit.
- Final payments must be made before the stated deadline.
- Bank fees, transfer charges, card fees, and currency conversion costs are the traveler’s responsibility.
- Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation of reserved services.
3. Traveler Responsibilities
Travelers are responsible for ensuring they are ready and eligible to travel.
- Check passport validity, visas, entry rules, and health requirements.
- Provide accurate contact details, names, and travel information.
- Inform us of dietary, medical, mobility, or accessibility needs before booking.
- Arrive on time for transfers, tours, flights, activities, and meeting points.
- Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all travelers.
4. Itinerary Changes
Travel can be affected by weather, traffic, supplier availability, safety concerns, local regulations, transport delays, or operational conditions.
- OneTrip Global may adjust itineraries when needed for safety, comfort, or availability.
- Alternative hotels, routes, vehicles, guides, or activities may be provided.
- We will make reasonable efforts to maintain the overall quality of the package.
5. Local Suppliers and Partners
OneTrip Global works with local guides, hotels, transportation providers, activity operators, destination partners, restaurants, and other service providers.
- Third-party services may be subject to their own terms and conditions.
- Supplier availability may affect package details.
- We aim to work with reliable partners who match our service standards.
6. Traveler Conduct
Travelers are expected to behave respectfully toward local people, guides, staff, other travelers, culture, nature, and property.
- Unsafe, abusive, illegal, or disruptive behavior may result in removal from a package.
- Travelers are responsible for damage they cause to hotels, vehicles, equipment, or property.
- No refund is guaranteed if a traveler is removed due to misconduct.
