Important Booking Notice
By booking with OneTrip Global, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions on behalf of yourself and all travelers included in your booking.
1. Booking Agreement
A booking becomes confirmed when OneTrip Global receives the required payment and sends written confirmation by email, invoice, booking confirmation, or official message.
- The person making the booking must be authorized to act for all travelers in the booking.
- The booking holder is responsible for sharing these terms with all travelers.
- All travelers must follow destination rules, supplier rules, and safety instructions.
2. Prices and Availability
Prices may depend on travel dates, season, room type, group size, supplier rates, currency changes, taxes, and availability.
- Prices are not guaranteed until the booking is confirmed.
- Quotes may expire after the validity period stated in the proposal.
- Package prices may change if travelers modify dates, services, or group size.
3. Payment Terms
OneTrip Global may require a deposit, partial payments, or full payment depending on package type, destination, supplier terms, and travel date.
- Payment deadlines must be respected.
- Deposits may be non-refundable depending on the package.
- Late payment may lead to cancellation of reserved services.
- Transfer fees, bank charges, and exchange fees are the traveler’s responsibility.
4. Traveler Changes
Requests to change names, dates, hotels, room types, activities, or itinerary details must be sent in writing.
- Changes are subject to availability.
- Supplier change fees may apply.
- Price differences may apply if services, dates, or package details change.
- Some services cannot be changed after confirmation.
5. Included and Excluded Services
Package inclusions and exclusions are listed in the itinerary, package description, quote, or booking confirmation.
- Included services may include accommodation, guides, transport, meals, transfers, or activities as stated.
- Excluded services may include flights, visas, insurance, personal expenses, tips, optional activities, or meals not listed.
- Travelers should review all package details before confirming a booking.
6. Travel Risk and Responsibility
Travel may involve weather, delays, road conditions, illness, accidents, wildlife, political events, physical activity, border issues, and other risks.
- Travelers are responsible for choosing a package suitable for their health and fitness.
- Travelers should follow guide instructions and safety guidance.
- Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
